RIYADH – The Sehhaty app has become the national platform for the health needs of individuals, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced.

The Ministry of Health made the announcement while signing a cooperation agreement with the Digital Government Authority (DGA) to merge all platforms in the health sector and make the Sehhaty app the national electronic delivery platform. personal health services.

All government agencies in the healthcare sector will be integrated with Sehhaty to deliver healthcare services through the app.

The agreement between the Ministry of Health and the DGA addressed several issues, such as the merger of health sector applications and platforms and the improvement of the beneficiary’s experience in the health sector as well as the facilitation and speeding up the deal with government agencies.

In addition, it also aims to provide digital government consulting services and achieve efficiency in digital spending for government services.

The agreement will have a positive impact on the beneficiaries, as it will increase the satisfaction rate, increase the level of digital maturation and unify data sources, in addition to achieving a better level of services.
