We’ve seen a number of great deals on Microsoft’s next-gen Xbox Series S console recently, but the BuyDig deal right now stands out because it comes with an additional Xbox Wi-Fi controller from Microsoft with the one that’s already included. You can currently grab this package for $294.99 instead of $363.99 once you have applied the promotional code DIGAPRIL5 at the register. In comparison, you can buy the console alone with an included controller for $289.99 at Amazonwhich, while a new all-time low at Amazon, isn’t even the perfect price we’ve seen.

While the Xbox Series X is becoming more available lately, the Xbox Series S is a reasonably priced alternative that sells for less than half the price. It also plays the same games as the Series X, is backwards compatible with original Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox One games, and targets 1440p resolution and up to 120fps in supported games (with upscaling 4K). While you don’t think it lacks a disc drive and only provides 512GB of internal storage, that makes for a smaller, Game Pass-enabled console that you can just stick around your desk or anywhere else in your home. Amazon’s small second-gen Echo Show 5 is a great clock that you can place in your bedside table.

Amazon’s second-gen Echo Show 5 makes for a superb Mother’s Day reward at an equally reasonable price, especially now that the right show is selling for nearly half its average value. Right now, Amazon is promoting the good show for $44.99 ($40 off), which is its biggest value yet. Other retailers, as well as best buy, Kohlsand Target are promoting it for $49.99.

Mom can use the little good 5.5-inch screen for a wide range of functions, whether as a smart alarm clock for her bedside table or a hobby machine for playing music and streaming shows. She can use the right Alexa-enabled show to manage other good house gadgets, get weather stories, and more. We also like that it produces powerful sound for its size and that its improved 2MP camera comes with a physical shutter to block the view of the camera. Just note, however, that you cannot use this good broadcast to make Zoom calls. Still, if you’re looking for a good machine at a relatively reasonable price, that’s a lot and a reward to behold. (Of course, there are many cool items that are about the same value in case you want something else, that you want find out more in our Mother’s Day gift guide.)

If you are looking for an additional OLED TV at a reasonable price, you will be able to buy a 55-inch 2021 version of Vizio’s OLED TV for $893.67 now on Amazon. That’s a low price of $306.32 and a whole new low ratio. The TV has a fast 120Hz refresh rate and a pair of HDMI 2.1 ports as well as support for Apple’s AirPlay 2, HDR10 and Dolby Vision. It also includes Vizio’s GoodCast system and integrates Google Cast, allowing you to pull solid content from your phone and access Netflix, Disney Plus and all your favorite streaming companies. Note, however, that unlike LG’s more expensive OLED TVs, some users have complained that Vizio’s TVs have issues with its HDMI 2.1 ports and software. So check on TV before you do the financing.

Best cheap laptop 2022: Lenovo Chromebook Duet

Lenovo’s portable Chromebook Duet comes with a kickstand and keyboard.

Are you looking for a reasonably priced Chromebook? Lenovo’s Chromebook Duet is our first choice for small budgetsand right now it’s on sale for $249 at Best Buy instead of $299 once you have purchased the model equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Despite its reasonable price, the 2-in-1 machine looks and feels great, and we love that it offers glorious battery life. In fact, it lasted almost eleven and a half hours as we made Zoom calls and worked in a wide range of tabs and apps, including Gmail, Slack and Facebook. We also liked that you could just take the lightweight Chromebook, which comes with a detachable keyboard and kickstand cover, with you anywhere, too.

Of course, given its relatively low price, there are a few downsides. It lacks a 3.5mm audio jack and only provides a single USB-C port. Additionally, its MediaTek Helio P60T processor isn’t particularly well-suited for more advanced tasks than just looks and regular work. Still, it offers good value for its value, especially with the current low cost of $50. Read our review.
