With the launch of the specialized robot, GoFood, which is part of the wider GoTo environment, is the first online food delivery (OFD) service in Indonesia to adopt automated robot technology and will lead the pilot project at Kelapa Gading Mall. The automated robot pilot supports the GoFood Multiple Orders (Order Sekaligus) feature, which allows users to order from multiple restaurants in a single delivery. The feature is currently available in 41 culinary hotspots in Jabodetabek, Bandung and Surabaya. By mid-2021, the slot expansion for Order Sekaligus had grown 8x since its introduction in September 2020.
